- How It Works
A clear process from the first conversation to ongoing support
Exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch: what we ask of you at each stage, and what you get back.
What to expect
no complicated onboarding! You don’t need a finished brief to start.
Most businesses arrive with a rough list and a feeling that too much depends on them. Turning that into a clear, prioritised plan is our job, not yours.
No long forms, no weeks of onboarding. One conversation gives us enough to propose a plan, and the plan tells you exactly what will happen next.
How we get started
- 01
Initial conversation
A 30-minute call or an email exchange. You tell us what is taking your time; we ask about your goals, your tools and what “good” looks like to you.
- 02
Requirement understanding
We list every task you mentioned, how often it happens and which ones matter most, then check the list with you so nothing is assumed.
- 03
Structure and planning
You receive a written plan with scope, priorities, timelines, how updates will reach you, and the price. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
- 04
Execution begins
We set up access, start on the highest-priority work first and group our questions together, so you aren’t interrupted all day.
- 05
Ongoing updates and adjustments
You see what is done, in progress and next. When your business changes direction, the priorities change with it.
Fewer messages, better answers
Constant check-ins are a sign that something is unclear. We aim for the opposite.
We agree one channel at the start, whether that is WhatsApp, email or a tool you already use, so nothing gets lost across apps.
Every update follows the same format: what is done, what is in progress, what comes next, and anything that needs your decision. You can read it in a minute.

What we need from you
Good delegation works both ways. This is all we ask, so work starts quickly and lands right the first time.
- 30 minutes for the first conversation, with no preparation required
- Access to the tools and accounts the work involves
- A few examples of work you like, and anything you don’t
- A quick answer when a decision is genuinely yours to make
That is the whole list. Everything else, from organising the work to chasing the details, is our job.
What your first four weeks look like
An example of how a new engagement usually settles in. Your own timeline is set out in your plan.
- week 1
Call, task list and a written plan you approve
- week 2
Access set up and the first priorities delivered
- week 3
A steady rhythm of work and short, regular updates
- week 4
First review: what to keep, add or change
About the process
What happens on the first call?
We ask about your business, what fills your week and where things slip. You don’t need a clear scope; a rough idea is enough. You leave with a sense of what to hand over first.
How often will I get updates?
The rhythm is agreed in your plan, based on how much is moving. Most businesses prefer a short summary each week, plus a quick message whenever a decision is needed.
Do I need to manage anyone?
No. You review results and make the decisions that are genuinely yours. Organising, assigning and checking the work is our responsibility.
Can priorities change after we start?
Yes, and they should. Send the change in one message and we re-order the work. If it changes the overall scope, we agree that with you first.
Step one takes 30 minutes
Book the first conversation. If it turns out we aren’t the right fit, you still leave with a clearer view of what to hand off.
A simple process designed to keep your business moving without unnecessary complexity.
